At Backstage Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps and lids are tightly sealed.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
